mendip vale cc - cart designers
Anyone member in a club can put forward an idea or theme for the club to build for that year.
Most clubs will be thinking of ideas for the following year as soon as the last carnival happens in mid novemeber
between december and march is the usual time that idea will be thought of and designed, although there has been situations when clubs have their ideas before the previous years carnival even starts!, and on the other end of the scale, some clubs (mendip vale included some years) have been known to change or re-design a cart for various reasons as late as a few months before the big parades.
